Crispy Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large potatoes.
02 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into rounds about 1/2 cm thick and drop the slices into water while cutting.
02 - Pour the water out and dry the slices well with a clean cloth or some paper towels.
03 - Toss the dry slices with olive oil, garlic, salt, and herbs until they're evenly mixed.
04 - Spread the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 390°F and cook for 18 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
05 - Look for crispy golden slices. Cook for 2 extra minutes if more crunch is needed. Serve while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Soaking helps remove starch to make the slices crunchier.
02 - Keep the air fryer basket uncrowded for even cooking.
