Parmesan Chicken (Printable Recipe Version)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup regular flour.
02 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones.
05 - 2 eggs, large size.
06 - 1 cup Parmesan, grated (split in half).
07 - 1 teaspoon seasoning blend (Italian style).
08 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
09 - 1/4 cup of milk.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
12 - 2 tablespoons cooking olive oil.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and give it a whisk. Stir breadcrumbs with half the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
02 - Start by covering the chicken in flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally give it a nice breadcrumb coat.
03 - In a skillet, fry the chicken in olive oil for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown.
04 - Stack the chicken with the rest of the Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it's done.
