01 - 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts (3-4 pieces, roughly 1 inch thick).
02 - 5 tablespoons olive oil, split.
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped, split.
04 - 2/3 cup parmesan, shredded, split.
05 - 1/3 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper, add more if needed.
07 - 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, adjust to taste.
08 - 2 pounds red potatoes, cut small.
09 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Turn the oven on to 425°F. Line your pan with parchment or coat it with oil.
02 - Combine diced potatoes with salt, pepper, cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Spread them over one-third of the pan. Bake alone for 10-15 minutes.
