Spinach Seafood Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 8 oz crab meat, picked over for shells
02 - 8 oz shrimp, diced and peeled

→ Dairy

03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup mayo
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 8 oz softened cream cheese

→ Produce and Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - A pinch of salt and pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix
11 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
12 - 2 cups chopped spinach

# Instructions:

01 - Toss shrimp in hot oil in a pan until it turns pink, about 2-3 minutes. Set it aside to cool.
02 - Stir together softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, and all seasonings until smooth.
03 - Stir in the cooled shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan, mozzarella, and spinach.
04 - Spoon mixture into a casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes until it turns golden.
