Pizza Dip (Printable Recipe Version)

Cheese melts together with peppers and veggies for a warm dip. Scoop it up with crisp veggie sticks or some bread.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Creamy cheese mix

01 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
03 - 60 g sour cream
04 - 225 g cream cheese, at room temp

→ Toppings & extras

05 - 60 g mini salami, split up
06 - 30 g diced green bell pepper
07 - 30 g sliced black olives
08 - 100 g grated mozzarella
09 - 120 ml pizza sauce, divided

→ For dipping

10 - Roasted crostini
11 - Celery sticks
12 - Bell pepper strips

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Serve it hot with crostini, celery, and sliced peppers.
02 - For a golden top, switch your oven to broil for 2 or 3 minutes and let it brown up.
03 - Leave in the oven another 10 minutes till the cheese is good and melted.
04 - Take out your skillet, sprinkle on mozzarella, olives, green pepper, and the rest of the mini salami.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
06 - Spoon half the pizza sauce and half the mini salami over your cream cheese base.
07 - Smooth out the cheese mixture in a little casserole dish or 20 cm iron skillet.
08 - Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Italian herbs, and garlic powder well in a bowl. Set aside.
09 - Get your oven preheated to 190°C (top and bottom heat).

# Extra Information:

01 - Swap out mini salami for a plant-based version if you want it meat-free.
