Pizza Dip (Printable Recipe Version)

Melted cheesy dip with peppers and veggies. Always great alongside bread or crisp veggie sticks.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cheesy base

01 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
02 - 60g sour cream
03 - 225g cream cheese, left out to soften
04 - half a teaspoon garlic powder

→ Toppings

05 - 60g mini pepperoni, split up
06 - 100g shredded mozzarella
07 - 120ml pizza sauce, split
08 - 30g green bell pepper, diced
09 - 30g black olives, sliced

→ For serving

10 - toasted crostini
11 - celery sticks
12 - bell pepper strips

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Grab it hot and dive in with crostini, celery, and pepper strips.
02 - If you want that golden top, switch on the broiler and let it bubble and brown for about 2-3 minutes.
03 - Put it back in for another 10 minutes. Cheese should be nice and melty now.
04 - Sprinkle the mozzarella, olives, green pepper, and whatever mini pepperoni is left all over the top.
05 - Now bake for 5-8 minutes once your oven’s ready.
06 - Spoon on half the pizza sauce and toss on half of your mini pepperoni, over the cheesy mix.
07 - Smooth the cream cheese combo into a 20cm cast iron skillet or small baking dish.
08 - In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, and garlic powder till it’s nice and smooth. Set it aside for a sec.
09 - Fire up your oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat), so it’s ready to go.

# Extra Information:

01 - If you want it meat-free, swap the mini pepperoni for a veggie option.
