Follow the package instructions to cook your macaroni until it's just firm. Rinse it well under cold water, then drain it fully. Leave it aside for later.

In a medium mixing bowl, throw together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and pickle juice. Whisk until smooth and blended.

Grab a big mixing bowl. Toss in the macaroni, celery, pickles, onion, green olives, and your dressing. Mix everything until it's coated nicely.

Now, add the chopped eggs and dill to the mix. Stir everything again so it's evenly combined. Add more salt or pepper if you want.

Pop it in the fridge to chill or spoon it into a serving bowl. Sprinkle some fresh dill over the top right before you serve it.
