# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
02 - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
04 - 2 teaspoons salt, split between chicken and gravy.
05 - 2 pounds of drumsticks or chicken thighs.
06 - 2 cups chicken broth.
07 - 1 large onion, chopped up.
08 - Parsley for sprinkling on top (optional).
09 - 1 tablespoon onion powder.
10 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil.
11 - 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon.
12 - 2 teaspoons pepper, split between chicken and gravy.
13 - 1 cup milk.
14 - 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Stir together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Save 3 tablespoons of this mix for later.
02 - Roll the chicken pieces around in the seasoned flour mix until they're covered.
03 - Pour oil into a deep pan and warm it over medium heat. Cook chicken until all sides turn golden brown, then set it aside.
04 - Toss the onions into the same pot and fry until they're golden. Sprinkle the saved flour in and stir it thoroughly.
05 - Pour in the milk, broth, and some extra seasoning. Keep stirring until smooth, and let it bubble for 2-3 minutes.
06 - Put the chicken back in with the sauce. Cover it up and let it cook gently for around 30 minutes. Flip the chicken now and then.
