01 -
Dust both sides of the chicken with plenty of salt and pepper. Don't hold back on the seasoning!
02 -
Warm up olive oil in your big skillet on medium to high. Once it's good and hot, lay down those chicken pieces and let them cook about 5-6 minutes per side until they're browned and crispy.
03 -
Take the cooked chicken out of the pan and place it on a plate. Leave it there for later.
04 -
Turn the pan's heat down a touch and toss in your minced garlic. Stir it around for 30 seconds, just until it smells amazing!
05 -
Slowly add your cream, stirring the whole time. Follow it with oregano or Italian herbs and parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and slightly thicker.
06 -
If you've decided to use spinach, add it now. Let it soften for a couple of minutes as the sauce takes on a nice green touch.
07 -
Slide the chicken back into the pan. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over it and let it simmer for a minute so the chicken soaks up that flavor punch.
08 -
Serve the chicken with plenty of sauce on top. Pair it with a side of pasta, roasted vegetables, or fluffy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
