Creamy Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 cup of ricotta.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
04 - 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works too).
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
07 - 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup (condensed).
08 - 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers.
09 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Coat a 9x13 pan lightly with cooking spray.
03 - Combine cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, soup, onion, and garlic powders in a bowl.
04 - Toss cooked chicken into the mix and stir well.
05 - Evenly spread the chicken mixture into your baking pan.
06 - In another bowl, mix crackers with melted butter.
07 - Spread cracker topping across the casserole.
08 - Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until the top's golden.
09 - Let it cool for about 10 minutes before digging in.
