Creamy Cheeseburger Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Diced onion, 1 medium-sized
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 lb of ground beef
04 - 12 oz of penne or elbow pasta

→ Sauces & Dairy

05 - 1/2 cup of thick heavy cream
06 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
07 - 1 cup mustard
08 - 1 cup ketchup
09 - 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

→ Seasonings & Oil

10 - 1 spoonful of olive oil
11 - Pepper and salt to your liking

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Extra cheese on top
13 - Crumbled turkey bacon bits
14 - Finely chopped pickles

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water with salt, toss in the pasta, and cook following the packaging. Drain, then put aside.
02 - Brown ground beef after sautéing the onion in some olive oil. Stir in garlic, let it cook through, pour off grease, then season.
03 - Warm heavy cream slowly in a saucepan. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar, letting it melt until smooth. Add seasoning if needed.
04 - In a baking pan, mix the cooked pasta, beef, cream mixture, ketchup, and mustard. Sprinkle some cheese over the top and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.

01 - Sprinkle breadcrumbs for crunch before baking
02 - Stir in some hot sauce if you love a kick of spice
