10 - 1/2 cup diced carrots

02 - Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
03 - Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks. Place the shredded chicken back into the crock pot.
04 - Add the egg noodles (either frozen or dried) to the crock pot. Toss in the diced carrots and celery, if using. Stir to distribute everything evenly.
05 - Cover the crock pot again and cook on HIGH for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked and tender.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of flavor and color. Serve the hearty dish warm and enjoy it as a comforting meal.

# Notes:

01 - For a quicker option, you can use pre-cooked shredded rotisserie chicken. Add it directly with the noodles to save time.
02 - Feel free to mix in vegetables like peas, mushrooms, or corn for additional flavor and nutrients.
03 - Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
