Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your muffin tray with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, white sugar, and baking powder until combined evenly.

Take another bowl and stir the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla together. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until well blended.

Carefully fold the sour cream into your batter until it’s creamy and smooth.

In a tiny bowl, combine the cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl.

Scoop some batter into each muffin liner, filling them halfway. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then cover with more batter until they’re about 3/4 full.

Place your muffins in the oven for 18-20 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool after baking.

While they’re still a little warm, mix the powdered sugar and milk to make your glaze. Drizzle it over the muffins for some extra sweetness.
