Cinnamon Roll Oats Vegan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tsp cinnamon
02 - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
03 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
04 - 1 cup rolled oats
05 - Pinch salt
06 - 1 tsp chia seeds

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 1 cup dairy-free milk
08 - 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
09 - 1 tsp vanilla

→ Healthy Icing

10 - 1 tsp oat milk
11 - 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
12 - 1/2 tsp maple syrup
13 - 1 tbsp coconut yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the oats, chia seed, ground flax, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
02 - Mix yogurt, plant milk, and vanilla with the dry blend until it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop the mixture into jars, seal them up, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
04 - Combine milk, syrup, yogurt, and lemon juice to whip up the optional topping.
05 - Give the oats a stir, add milk if it’s too thick. Spread the icing on top if you like.
