Cinnamon Cheese Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Mix

01 - Plain flour
02 - White sugar
03 - Cinnamon powder
04 - Salt
05 - Leavening agent (baking powder)

→ Wet Mix

06 - Butter (melted)
07 - Milk (whole)
08 - Eggs (large ones)
09 - Vanilla flavoring

→ Filling

10 - Cream cheese (softened)
11 - Icing sugar

→ Topping

12 - Cinnamon-flavored sugar
13 - Optional drizzle (vanilla sauce or melted white chocolate)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin pan with liners.
02 - Stir together everything dry in one bowl, then whisk wet things in another.
03 - Whip softened cream cheese and icing sugar till smooth and creamy.
04 - Spoon mix into muffin cups, add filling, then cover. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
05 - Bake them for 18 to 20 minutes, checking until golden brown.
06 - Cool muffins for 10 minutes. Add a drizzle if you’d like.

01 - Swap regular flour for gluten-free 1:1 type.
02 - You can make smaller versions as mini muffins.
03 - Warm briefly for a softer center.
