Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate onto a flat plate and spread it into a circle slightly larger than the rim of your glass. Dip the rim of a mocktail or smoothie glass into the chocolate, twisting gently to coat. Use a spoon to create a dripping effect by adding extra chocolate around the edges. Place the glass in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the smoothie.
