Tater Tot Chicken Bake (Printable Recipe Version)

Baked tater tots get crispy on top of tender chicken and veggie mix, all melty with cheese, fresh outta the oven.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 900 g frozen tater tots
02 - 200 g shredded Colby Jack cheese
03 - 450 g cooked chicken breast, cut in cubes
04 - 1 pouch ranch seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch blend
05 - 300 g frozen peas and carrots
06 - 120 ml milk
07 - 295 g can of condensed chicken soup
08 - 240 ml sour cream

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Pull your hot dish out of the oven and dish it up right away.
02 - Put your dish in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. You want the top to get bubbly and golden.
03 - Cover everything with a single layer of still frozen tater tots.
04 - Scoop that chicken filling into a big casserole dish (about 33 by 23 cm) or a large oven-safe skillet.
05 - Dump the soup, sour cream, milk, peas and carrots, ranch seasoning, cubed chicken, and cheese into a big bowl. Stir until it all comes together.
06 - Fire up your oven to 200°C. Make sure it’s fully hot before you start.

# Extra Information:

01 - If you want a super crispy top, flip on the broiler for the last 5 minutes.
