Creamy Chicken Parmesan Rice (Printable Recipe Version)

Easy and creamy one-pan chicken with a parmesan rice base. Great for weeknights when time is short but you want bold flavors without the mess.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones.
02 - 1 cup of uncooked white rice (long-grain).
03 - 2 cups of chicken stock.
04 - 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
05 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded.
06 - 1 small onion, diced finely.
07 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up.
08 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
09 - Salt and pepper, as needed.
10 - Chopped parsley for dressing.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken. Sear it in hot oil till the outside is golden.
02 - Use the same pan to cook the onion and garlic until they're tender.
03 - Add rice to the mix and toast it while stirring for 2–3 minutes.
04 - Mix in the broth and cream. Let it start bubbling gently.
05 - Put the chicken back in, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 20–25 minutes.
06 - Stir the Parmesan in till nice and creamy. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

01 - Keep the lid on to help trap steam.
02 - Give it a stir sometimes, so it doesn’t stick.
03 - Cook chicken till the inside’s 165°F.
