Chicken Orzo Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Shredded chicken, already cooked
02 - Orzo, left uncooked

→ Sauce Base

03 - Garlic, finely chopped
04 - Butter
05 - Tomato concentrate
06 - Sun-dried tomato pieces
07 - Olive oil

→ Liquids

08 - White wine (dry)
09 - Cream (heavy)
10 - Broth from chicken

→ Seasonings

11 - Fresh parmesan, grated
12 - Red pepper chili flakes
13 - Oregano (dried)
14 - Chopped fresh basil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, butter, oregano, chili flakes, orzo, olive oil, and tomato paste for a couple minutes
02 - Pour in wine, cook it down. Stir in broth and cream, let it simmer about 10 minutes. Keep stirring regularly
03 - Toss in basil, parmesan, and chicken at the end. Let it sit, covered, for a few minutes to thicken up

# Notes:

01 - Keep an eye on how much liquid is left while the orzo cooks
02 - Lower heat if it's bubbling too much to keep a gentle simmer
