01 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

03 - 3/4 cup mayo
04 - 6 cups potatoes, diced after peeling
05 - 1 cup cheddar, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
02 - Combine diced potatoes, grated cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion in the coated pan.
03 - Pour the mayo over the potato mixture and mix it well until it's all coated evenly.
04 - Place in preheated oven and bake for roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. The potatoes should soften, and the top will turn a golden hue.
