Cheesy Joe Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 2 pounds of lean minced beef.
03 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced.
04 - 1 onion, diced.
05 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
06 - 2 green peppers, diced up.
07 - 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce.
08 - 3 tablespoons of flour.
09 - A shake of cayenne, to your liking.
10 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
11 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
12 - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
13 - 1 cup of ketchup.
14 - 2 cups of chicken stock.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté beef, onion, and peppers in a large pot until the meat is no longer pink. Dump out the grease.
02 - Toss in garlic and cook for 60 seconds. Mix in the flour and cook another 60 seconds.
03 - Pour in broth, ketchup, mustard, sugar, worcestershire sauce, salt, and the peppers. Blend together well.
04 - Let it bubble lightly on low heat for around 30 minutes without a lid. Stir now and then, and let it thicken up.
05 - Scoop into a dish for serving, sprinkle cheese all over, and let it melt before digging in. Pair with bread or chips.
