Ham and Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 soft Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half.
02 - 3 tablespoons of zesty mustard.
03 - 2 packed tablespoons of light brown sugar.
04 - 1 tablespoon of sweet honey.
05 - 1/2 pound of thinly sliced ham.
06 - 12 cheddar cheese slices.
07 - 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon of poppy seeds.
09 - 3/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 3/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
11 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - Kosher salt, sprinkle as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Put the roll bottoms into a 10-inch skillet or a baking dish with the cut sides up.
02 - Combine mustard, honey, brown sugar, and a little salt. Spread part of the mix on the bottom rolls.
03 - Lay one folded cheese slice on each roll, add ham, then another cheese slice. Spread more sauce on the inside top buns.
04 - Stir melted butter with poppy seeds, Worcestershire, spices, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over sliders once stacked.
05 - Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese melts perfectly and the tops turn golden.

01 - Prepare ahead and just add butter topping before baking.
02 - Fold cheese for smoother, even melting.
