Cheesy Garlic Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded
02 - 1 can of crescent roll dough (8 ounces), refrigerated

→ Garlic Butter Mix

03 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped really fine
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened and melted
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay out a piece of parchment on your baking tray to stop sticking.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Stir till it's well blended and smells amazing.
03 - Open up the crescent roll tube and break it into 8 triangular pieces. Add a heap of shredded mozzarella to the wide side of each triangle.
04 - Starting with the cheese-filled end, roll each triangle toward the skinny tip. Fold the tip piece underneath so it stays put while cooking.
05 - Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over every roll. Sprinkle parsley if you want to make 'em fancy!
06 - Put the rolls in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they've turned golden and the cheese oozes and bubbles. Let 'em cool for a couple of minutes before munching.

# Notes:

01 - These are best eaten fresh out of the oven while the cheese pulls apart.
02 - You can assemble them ahead of time and bake when you're ready.
03 - Switch up the cheese—cheddar or provolone work great too!
