Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay out a piece of parchment on your baking tray to stop sticking.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Stir till it's well blended and smells amazing.

Open up the crescent roll tube and break it into 8 triangular pieces. Add a heap of shredded mozzarella to the wide side of each triangle.

Starting with the cheese-filled end, roll each triangle toward the skinny tip. Fold the tip piece underneath so it stays put while cooking.

Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over every roll. Sprinkle parsley if you want to make 'em fancy!

Put the rolls in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they've turned golden and the cheese oozes and bubbles. Let 'em cool for a couple of minutes before munching.
