Take the wraps out of the skillet, cut them in half on a slant, and dig in while they're warm.

Warm up your skillet on medium. Set the wraps inside, seams down, and toast them till they’re golden and cheesy inside, rolling them now and then so they brown everywhere.

Tuck the edges of each tortilla over the middle filling, then roll everything up snug so nothing falls out.

Spread that chicken mix and a sprinkle of cheddar straight down the center of every tortilla.

In a big bowl, stir together the shredded chicken and garlic aioli until coated. Toss in salt and black pepper how you like it.
