Cheesy Parm Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1/2 cup panko crumbs
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1 pound ground chicken
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 cup shredded parmesan, split in half
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - Season with pepper as you like

→ Cooking & Topping

10 - 24 oz marinara in a jar
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Combine half the parmesan with all the meatball mix ingredients. Shape into 1-inch rounds.
02 - Warm up oil in a skillet that can go in the oven. Cook the meatballs in chunks for about 5 minutes per round.
03 - Pour marinara straight into the skillet, place meatballs back in, then sprinkle with the mozzarella and leftover parmesan.
04 - Pop in the oven for 15 minutes until fully cooked. For extra cheesy crispness, broil briefly if you'd like.
