# Ingredients You’ll Need:

02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
04 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin

→ Spices and Herbs

05 - Salt and pepper to your liking
06 - 1 teaspoon seasoning blend (Italian style)
07 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
08 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley, fresh
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Fats for Cooking

10 - 1 tablespoon of oil (olive)

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking pan lightly so the food won't stick.
02 - Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel, then coat them generously with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Warm up olive oil in a big frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it turns golden. Put it aside on a plate.
04 - In that same pan, mix softened cream cheese with chicken broth. Stir constantly until everything's smooth and creamy. Add in the Parmesan, season to your liking, and let it cook gently for a couple of minutes until it thickens a bit.
05 - Place the browned chicken into your prepared baking pan, then pour the creamy sauce over it. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken hits 165°F inside.
06 - Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for some color and flavor. Serve it up hot right out of the oven.

# Extra Information:

01 - This dish is great with rice, mashed potatoes, or a crunchy green salad.
02 - For a lighter meal, think steamed veggies or cauliflower rice instead.
