01 -
Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and add a good layer of butter to coat it.
02 -
Take each biscuit and slice it in two. Press down in the middle of each piece with your thumb to flatten it into a mini dough circle.
03 -
Spoon a little marinara in the center of each round. Add some pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella right on top.
04 -
Wrap the dough around the filling by pulling the edges up and pinching them tight at the top. Check there aren't any gaps in the seal. Place them neatly on your baking pan.
05 -
In a bowl, mix melted butter with the garlic, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, plus a little salt and pepper.
06 -
Brush the buttery mix over each dough ball and sprinkle Parmesan on them. Let them bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until their tops turn golden and tempting.
07 -
Wait until they're just warm enough to dig in without burning yourself. Serve with some extra marinara on the side and enjoy while they're hot!
