Cheesy bites everyone loves (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 465 g (16 ½ oz) of canned biscuit dough
02 - Marinara sauce, for the filling
03 - Mozzarella cheese cubes, 8 oz ball (225 g)
04 - Slices of pepperoni
05 - 3 tablespoons of butter to grease the parchment

→ Garlic Butter Topping

06 - Melted butter
07 - Salt and black pepper, as needed
08 - Minced garlic, 2 cloves
09 - 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
10 - Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking tray, cover it with parchment paper, and coat it with butter.
02 - Take the biscuits and divide each one in half. Use your thumb to squish them into small, flat circles like tiny pizza crusts.
03 - Add a dollop of marinara to each dough circle, followed by a piece of pepperoni and a mozzarella cube in the middle.
04 - Pull the edges of each dough circle together and pinch shut at the top. Make sure it's sealed tight so nothing leaks out. Set them seam-side down on the tray.
05 - Combine the melted butter, garlic, a little salt, pepper, and the Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
06 - Brush the dough balls with the butter mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they're golden and tempting.
07 - Once they're done, let them cool just enough to avoid burns and pair with marinara for dipping. Watch them vanish fast!

# Notes:

01 - These little bites are great for game nights or a relaxed weekend meal!
02 - Switch up the fillings to match your tastes—ham and pineapple work well, or go for veggie options like peppers and onions.
