01 -
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking tray, cover it with parchment paper, and coat it with butter.
02 -
Take the biscuits and divide each one in half. Use your thumb to squish them into small, flat circles like tiny pizza crusts.
03 -
Add a dollop of marinara to each dough circle, followed by a piece of pepperoni and a mozzarella cube in the middle.
04 -
Pull the edges of each dough circle together and pinch shut at the top. Make sure it's sealed tight so nothing leaks out. Set them seam-side down on the tray.
05 -
Combine the melted butter, garlic, a little salt, pepper, and the Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
06 -
Brush the dough balls with the butter mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they're golden and tempting.
07 -
Once they're done, let them cool just enough to avoid burns and pair with marinara for dipping. Watch them vanish fast!
