Slice biscuits in half with a sharp knife and arrange them on the tray.

Put a cheddar cube in the center of each biscuit half, close them up, and pinch dough to seal.

Lay biscuits seam-side down on the tray, leaving 2 inches between each.

Combine melted butter with garlic powder and herbs, then brush this over the biscuits, saving a little for later.

Sprinkle parmesan over the butter-covered biscuits.

Put in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
