Cheesy Biscuit Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (16.3 oz) of flaky-style biscuits.
02 - 16 small cubes (about 3/4-inch) of cheddar.
03 - 4 tbsp of butter.
04 - 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs.
06 - 1/4 c of parmesan, finely grated.
07 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced.
08 - Nonstick cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and lightly coat a baking tray with nonstick spray.
02 - Slice biscuits in half with a sharp knife and arrange them on the tray.
03 - Put a cheddar cube in the center of each biscuit half, close them up, and pinch dough to seal.
04 - Lay biscuits seam-side down on the tray, leaving 2 inches between each.
05 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder and herbs, then brush this over the biscuits, saving a little for later.
06 - Sprinkle parmesan over the butter-covered biscuits.
07 - Put in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
08 - Brush leftover garlic butter over the tops, sprinkle parsley, and eat hot.

# Notes:

01 - Letting these overcook might cause the cheese to spill out.
02 - You might need a couple of rounds to bake them all.
03 - Best enjoyed warm.
