Cheesy Beef Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Base

01 - Ground beef, extra lean
02 - Alfredo sauce (store-bought jar)
03 - Pasta, penne

→ Cheesy Goodness

04 - Mozzarella, shredded
05 - Parmesan, freshly grated

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - Garlic, finely chopped
07 - Italian herbs blend
08 - Optional: Crushed red pepper for kick

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F. Stop cooking pasta just shy of its instructions, about 1 minute early.
02 - Brown the beef in a skillet and get rid of excess grease. Stir in garlic and seasoning mix.
03 - Pour Alfredo sauce and stir half of the mozzarella into the meat.
04 - Combine the warm pasta with the meat sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
05 - Bake for about 10 minutes until it’s bubbling. Broil briefly for extra golden cheese if you like.

# Notes:

01 - A regular frying pan plus a baking dish works just fine.
02 - Feel free to swap with homemade Alfredo sauce if preferred.
