01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Toss some olive oil into a big skillet and cook the minced garlic just until it smells super fragrant. This'll take less than a minute.
02 -
Toss the ground beef into the skillet with the garlic. Stir and crumble it as it cooks, and once you don't see pink anymore, drain the extra grease. Add marinara sauce on top, stir in oregano and basil, and give it a few pinches of salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to let everything meld together.
03 -
In a bowl, combine ricotta, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Toss in one cup of shredded mozzarella and give it a good stir until smooth and blended.
04 -
Spray a 9x13 pan quickly with nonstick spray. Spread a layer of meat sauce along the bottom, then lay down half the ravioli. Add the cheesy mixture on top, followed by the last of the frozen ravioli. Pour the rest of the meat sauce over it all, sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan.
05 -
Cover the dish with foil so it doesn't touch the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, then take the foil off and cook another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and just turning golden. Sprinkle fresh parsley over everything before you serve.
