A flavorful sandwich stuffed with thinly sliced ribeye, cooked mushrooms, peppers, onions, and topped off with melted provolone cheese.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 4 hoagie rolls.
02 - 8 ounces of provolone slices.
03 - 1 medium onion, cut into slices.
04 - 2 cloves of minced garlic.
05 - 1 green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced.
06 - A pound of ribeye steak, sliced thin.
07 - Salt and black pepper, to your liking.
08 - Optional: Worcestershire sauce, for added flavor.
09 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
10 - 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Heat oil and cook your onions and bell pepper for about 5–7 minutes. Once soft, throw in mushrooms and garlic, and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
02 - Move the veggies over in the skillet. Toss in the steak, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
03 - Combine the cooked steak with the veggies in the skillet, and give it all a good mix.
04 - Stuff the rolls with the hot steak-veggie mixture and layer the top with provolone slices.
05 - Put the sandwiches on a baking sheet under a broiler for 2–4 minutes, just until the cheese is gooey and browned.

# Extra Information:

01 - Spice it up with jalapeños!
02 - Experiment with other cheeses.
03 - You can skip the mushrooms if you want.
