01 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips.
02 - 2 cups sliced button mushrooms.
03 - 1 pound steak, sliced thin (use ribeye or sirloin).
04 - 8 ounces elbow pasta.
05 - 2 cups shredded provolone cheese.
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed.
07 - Fresh parsley for sprinkling (optional).
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - 1 onion, cut into strips.
10 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
11 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
