Cheeseburger Soup (Printable Recipe Version)

Super creamy soup loaded with beef, macaroni, and melted cheddar, full of bold flavor and filling.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main stuff

01 - Salt and pepper, toss in as much as you like
02 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 120 g cheddar, shredded
04 - 100 g small macaroni
05 - 500 ml water
06 - 1 liter beef stock
07 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up fine
08 - 1 medium onion, diced
09 - 900 g ground beef
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Taste and see if you want more salt or pepper, then serve it up while it’s hot. Toss on extra toppings if you crave.
02 - Turn the heat down. Sprinkle in the cheddar and Worcestershire. Stir 'til it’s all melty and creamy.
03 - Pour in water and beef stock. Scrape the pot bottom with your wooden spoon. Drop in the macaroni. Let it boil, then simmer 8 to 10 minutes until pasta’s tender.
04 - Throw the ground beef in and break it apart while it cooks. Let it get fully brown. Carefully pour off the extra fat.
05 - Heat olive oil in a big pot over medium-high. Cook onion a couple minutes until soft, then toss in garlic and sizzle for half a minute—just 'til it starts to smell great.

# Extra Information:

01 - You can totally make this ahead—the flavors get even bigger the next day when you reheat.
