04 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
05 - 65 grams all-purpose flour

→ Liquid & Seasonings

06 - 950 millilitres chicken broth
07 - 480 millilitres heavy cream
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
11 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
12 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Vegetables, Pasta & Cheese

13 - 1 cup matchstick-cut carrots
14 - 170 grams uncooked macaroni noodles
15 - 340 grams shredded cheddar cheese
16 - 35 grams shredded parmesan cheese

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, crumbling the beef thoroughly while cooking until the meat is fully browned.
02 - Incorporate chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Sprinkle in the flour, mix until well combined, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, allowing the flour to toast lightly.
03 - Gradually pour in the chicken broth while stirring to blend and thicken. Add the heavy cream and stir until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Stir in salt, black pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika until seasonings are evenly distributed.
05 - Bring the mixture to a boil. Add matchstick-cut carrots and uncooked macaroni noodles. Stir thoroughly and return to a boil.
06 - Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
07 - Remove the lid and stir well. Add shredded cheddar and parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly until both are fully melted and the soup is smooth. Serve immediately.

# Extra Information:

01 - For a richer flavour, use sharp cheddar cheese and freshly grated parmesan.
