Use parchment paper or a bit of grease to prep a 9x13 pan.

On low heat, melt the butter. Mix in most of the marshmallows, sea salt, and cinnamon sugar. Stir until silky smooth.

Take the pot off the heat. Add the cereal and the leftover marshmallows, and give it all a good stir until it’s well-coated.

Gently press the mix into your pan. Leave it alone for at least 30 minutes (or up to an hour) before slicing it into portions.
