Heat up your oven to 350°F. Lay a parchment sheet on a baking tray and arrange the crackers evenly on top.

Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat. Stir in the cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla until everything blends. Let it bubble for about 2-3 minutes to thicken.

Drizzle the warm caramel mixture over the oyster crackers, coating them evenly. Toss on the salt at the end.

Bake for around 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.

Let the clusters cool off completely before breaking them up. Put them in a sealed container for storage.
