→ Serving Suggestion

09 - Serve alongside lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up as you handle the prep work.
02 - Grab a small bowl and mix lemon juice, butter, garlic, and some salt and pepper. Stir everything together until combined.
03 - Line the scallops into a baking dish in one even layer. Pour the butter mixture right over them so they're all covered.
04 - Blend breadcrumbs, parsley, and Parmesan in a bowl. Sprinkle this mix evenly over the scallops.
05 - Bake them in your hot oven for about 10-12 minutes. They're done when the scallops turn white and the topping is browned.
06 - Take it out while it's hot and serve with lemon wedges for that extra kick.

# Notes:

01 - Want more flavor? Grate some extra Parmesan on top before baking.
02 - For a crispy finish, broil for 1-2 minutes right at the end.
