# Ingredients:

→ Steak Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
02 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
03 - 1 pound sirloin steak, diced into small chunks
04 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Creamy Sauce Mixture

07 - Chopped parsley for topping
08 - A pinch of salt and black pepper
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
11 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

# Instructions:

01 - On medium-high heat, warm up some olive oil. Add the steak chunks with seasoning, cooking them for 3-4 minutes till golden brown. Take them off the heat and put aside.
02 - In that same pan, stir garlic and thyme into melted butter. Toss the steak back, coating it well. Let it cook another 1-2 minutes.
03 - Using a saucepan, sauté garlic in melted butter. Mix in cream and let it bubble gently. Add Parmesan and keep whisking till it thickens, around 3-5 minutes.
04 - Mix steak bites into the sauce, stirring so they're fully coated. Sprinkle parsley on top, and serve it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Want it spicier? Sprinkle some chili flakes.
02 - For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
03 - Leftovers will stay fresh in the fridge for up to two days.
