Creamy Lemon Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Chicken thighs with skin and bone intact
02 - Paprika, smoked

→ Sauce

03 - Butter, unsalted
04 - Garlic, freshly minced
05 - Broth made from chicken
06 - Cream, heavy
07 - Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
08 - Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

→ Additions

09 - Thyme, dried
10 - Spinach, baby and fresh
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken pieces.
02 - Melt butter, then brown the chicken for around 3 minutes per side.
03 - Sauté garlic in the same butter. Add broth, cream, cheese, and spinach, letting it simmer until the greens soften.
04 - Put the browned chicken back into the pot. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until it hits 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Use a thermometer to check the thickest part.
02 - The sauce will get just a little thick.
