Peanut Butter Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Binding Mix

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup light corn syrup

→ Flavor Add-in

04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cornflake Base

05 - 6 cups cornflakes

# Instructions:

01 - Put a sheet of parchment or wax paper on a baking tray.
02 - Mix together peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a pot over medium heat. Stir until it's smooth and just starting to bubble.
03 - Add vanilla to the hot mixture and stir it through.
04 - Carefully pour the warm mix over the cornflakes. Stir gently so they're evenly coated.
05 - Scoop spoonfuls of the coated cornflakes onto the baking tray.
06 - Leave the cookies at room temperature until they're firm, about 30 minutes. Then dig in!
