Let it bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the cheese is bubbling and golden on top. When you're ready, sprinkle Parmesan and serve while it's hot.

Pull the dish from the oven. Spread pizza sauce over the hot biscuit layer. Scatter 200 g of mozzarella next, then pile on your cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, olive rings, and pepper chunks. Finish with the leftover mozzarella on top.

Slice your biscuit dough into quarters and push the pieces across the base of your baking dish so it covers the bottom evenly. Toss it in the hot oven and let it bake by itself for 10 to 12 minutes.

Grab a medium pan and set it on medium heat. Crumble your Italian sausage in while cooking, stirring lots, until the meat's no longer pink—takes about 10 minutes. Lay it on paper towels to let grease soak off.

Preheat to 200°C with both top and bottom heat. Spray your 23 x 33 cm casserole dish with some nonstick spray.
