Set the oven to 375°F. Lightly cover a mini muffin tin with a spray of oil.

Sprinkle flour around your work area, roll the dough flat, and slice into 24 small squares.

Choose a square and gently press it into a muffin slot. Add a bit of brie, a dollop of cranberry, then pop a sprig of rosemary on top.

Cook for about 15 minutes, or till the bites look nicely golden. Eat them while warm!
