Breakfast Biscuit Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 eggs, large.
02 - 1 cup of cheddar, shredded.
03 - A can of Grands biscuits.
04 - Salt and pepper as needed.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 1 pound of sausage.
07 - 1 pack of peppered gravy mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F, and lightly coat a 9x13 dish with cooking spray.
02 - Break apart sausage in a skillet and cook until no pink is left.
03 - Whisk gravy mix with water, add it to the sausage, and simmer until thickened.
04 - Mix in the cheddar and keep stirring until it fully melts.
05 - Pour the gravy mix in the pan, add eggs on top, and finish with biscuits.
06 - Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes till the biscuits are golden and the eggs firm up.

02 - Best when served hot.
03 - Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
