Honey Mustard Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pack of Hawaiian slider rolls.
02 - 2 pounds of boneless chicken (tenders, breasts, or thighs).
03 - Optional: Mayonnaise, to your liking.
04 - Sweet Baby Rays Golden Mustard or something like honey mustard.
05 - Cooked bacon strips (about 8), extra crispy.
06 - Sliced Colby jack cheese.
07 - Half a small red onion, sliced extra thin.
08 - Half a head of lettuce.
09 - Thin slices from 2 Roma tomatoes.
10 - 4 or 5 tablespoons of cooking oil.
11 - 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika.
12 - A tablespoon of cayenne powder.
13 - A tablespoon of onion powder.
14 - Garlic powder, about 2 teaspoons.
15 - Salt, a teaspoon.
16 - Black pepper, a teaspoon as well.
17 - Half a teaspoon of dried oregano.
18 - Half a teaspoon of dried thyme.
19 - Half a stick of butter, left out to soften.
20 - Fresh parsley, chopped (1 tablespoon).
21 - 2 minced garlic cloves.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken in seasoning and oil inside a zip-top bag or bowl.
02 - Grill or pan-sear chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
03 - Stir butter mix parts together, then zap in the microwave till melted.
04 - Slice buns open and lightly toast under the oven's broiler till golden.
05 - Spread mayo onto the bottom buns. Lay a piece of chicken on each slider bun.
06 - Drizzle mustard over sliders, lay cheese slices, and brush butter topping on the top buns.
07 - Put sliders back under the broiler till cheese is gooey and buns are crispy.
08 - Pile on bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion. Add honey mustard, top with the buns, and enjoy.
