# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound (450g) flank steak or sirloin, sliced thin
02 - 8 ounces (225g) rice noodles, or use udon/noodle replacements
03 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
04 - 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, split
05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
06 - 2 handfuls of broccoli (about 2 cups or 120g)
07 - 3 chopped green onions (with extra for topping)
08 - 2 garlic cloves, smashed into bits
09 - 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger

→ Sticky Sauce Mix

10 - 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or honey
13 - 2 tablespoons of lime juice or rice vinegar
14 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
15 - Red pepper flakes, just a pinch (optional for the spice lovers)

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook your noodles until just right. Drain them off and keep them close by. They'll come into play soon.
02 - Dust your beef slices completely with the cornstarch. Heat up a couple of tablespoons of oil in your wok or skillet. Once it's very hot, lay the beef flat in the pan. Flip the pieces after 2 or 3 minutes, letting them brown up nicely, then set everything aside when done.
03 - Drizzle another splash of oil into the pan with the beef leftovers. Toss in the broccoli and bell pepper strips, and move 'em around for about 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender and vibrant.
04 - Drop in the ginger, minced garlic, and green onions. Let it cook and stir for about a minute or so until you get that amazing, savory smell filling the kitchen.
05 - In a little bowl, mix your soy, sesame oil, hoisin, vinegar, brown sugar, and pepper flakes if you're into that kick. This sauce is where all the flavor magic happens.
06 - Slide that beef back into the pan along with your cooked noodles. Pour the sauce you've made all over. Give everything a good, energetic toss until the sauce coats every single piece evenly.
07 - Spoon it right onto plates while steamy. Add some of those extra green onions on top, and watch everyone dig in like it's their last meal.

# Extra Information:

01 - If gluten-free's the way, double-check your soy sauce or swap noodles for rice ones.
02 - Switch up the veggies if you'd like—try some baby corn, carrots, or snap peas for a fresh twist.
03 - Got leftovers? This holds up just fine in your fridge for up to 3 days. Heat it back up on the stove or zap it in the microwave.
