Mongolian Beef Noodles (Printable Recipe Version)

An easy mix of ground beef and noodles in a tasty, rich sauce. A quick 20-minute meal perfect for busy nights.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
02 - 3 green onions, chopped and divided.
03 - Black pepper, add as much as you'd like.
04 - ½ tablespoon oil for frying.
05 - 2 teaspoons ginger, minced.
06 - ¼ cup water plus 2 extra tablespoons, separated.
07 - 5 garlic cloves, finely minced.
08 - 1 pound ground beef.
09 - 8 ounces of your favorite noodles.
10 - ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce.
11 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
12 - ½ teaspoon sesame oil.
13 - 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon.
14 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
15 - 2 tablespoons mirin.
16 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
17 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Mix together brown sugar, soy sauces, hoisin, mirin, water, and black pepper. Separate from this, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water.
02 - Follow package instructions to cook your noodles.
03 - In a wok, cook ground beef until all pink is gone. Drain well, then set it aside.
04 - Fry garlic, white onion parts, ginger, and chili flakes in hot oil for 30 seconds.
05 - Add your sauce, the starch mixture, and cooked beef. Let it all heat together for about 4 minutes.
06 - Stir in cooked noodles, sesame oil, and green tops from the onions.
