Banana Nut Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda.
02 - 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped.
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - Pinch of salt.
06 - 2 cups plain flour.
07 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/3 cups).
08 - 1 cup white sugar.
09 - 1/2 cup cooking oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Coat two loaf pans (8x4 inches) with grease.
03 - Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda together in one bowl.
04 - In a second bowl, stir together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
05 - Blend in the bananas you mashed earlier.
06 - Pour the dry ingredients into the banana mixture and stir gently.
07 - Gently add the chopped walnuts and mix evenly.
08 - Pour the mixture evenly into the two pans.
09 - Pop them in the oven for 35-45 minutes until they’re fully baked.
10 - Leave the loaves to cool in their pans for 10 minutes.
11 - Transfer to a wire rack and let them cool off completely.

# Notes:

01 - Overripe bananas will give the best taste.
02 - Other nuts or chocolate chips can be used for variety.
03 - Perfect for baking as muffins too.
