Set oven to 375°F. Cook the pasta until it's al dente. Shape meatballs after mixing.

Sear meatballs in single layers. Use wine to scrape the brown bits.

Pour in marinara and let it bubble for 5 minutes. Add pasta and herbs.

Layer everything in a dish, put burrata on top, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
