Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp (Printable Recipe Version)

Juicy shrimp baked with fresh garlic, tangy lemon, and lots of parmesan. You can have this on the table in just 25 minutes. Looks fancy but so easy.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A pound of big shrimp, cleaned and shells off
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, your favorite kind
03 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up nice and small
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded fresh
05 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped right before using
06 - A teaspoon lemon peel, grated up
07 - Salt and cracked black pepper, as much as you like

→ For Garnish

08 - Wedges of lemon, nice and juicy
09 - More freshly chopped parsley

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Once they’re out of the oven, toss some more parsley on if you want. Lemon wedges on the side make it extra fresh.
02 - Let them bake in the hot oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. They should go from see-through to that pretty pink.
03 - Lay your shrimp all across your lined baking sheet so they each have a little space. Crowded sheets make for uneven cooking.
04 - Grab a big bowl, throw in the shrimp, olive oil, chopped garlic, Parmesan, fresh parsley, and lemon zest. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then make sure every shrimp gets some of the love.
05 - Flip your oven on to 425°F (220°C). Pop some parchment on your sheet pan. Cleanup will be a snap.
